Your Honour, Union of India owes me 20,000 Billion US Dollars. Yes, that is amount of money as of today the 25th of December 2010 for it and its instrumentalities have unlawfully denied me access to my NRE Funds kept in trust with the nationalised banks, namely Indian Bank and Vijaya Bank almost 20 years ago. As a direct result of this criminal act and civil disobedience of the applicable laws, these two Banks, instrumentalities of the State, have caused me immense loss of business, opportunities and face amounting to approximately 20,000 (Twenty Thousand) Billion US Dollars at prevailing rate of exchange.
